Admissions

All admissions are handled by the school’s Administration Team, who are always happy to help and assist parents of new students. The school year runs from September through to June and places are often limited, so parents are encouraged to apply early.

The following steps are necessary to ensure an efficient admissions process:

  1. Print and complete the new student registration form which can be found by clicking here.
  2. Attach the following:
    • A copy of the new student’s passport or birth certificate
    • 1 passport photo (except for Nursery where 3 photos are required)
    • The most recent school report from the student’s last school
  3. Present the form, attachments and a, non-refundable, registration fee of 100,000 BIF to the school administrators [Please Note: Registrations will not be processed until all the necessary documents have been received]
  4. The school administrators will advise on availability of spaces and subsequent entrance tests and interviews
